A couple of months since I attended the launch of ‘Time Stops Here @ 146’ at Hilton London Paddington, it was a pleasure to be invited back to review their festive take on their usual afternoon tea offering. The artisanal afternoon tea which is a special collaboration between luxury Belgian chocolatier Pierre Marcolini and British artisanal tea company Hope & Glory now features festive delights like Stollen cake, gingerbread muffin, cranberry scones and turkey on beetroot bread.
We were welcomed with glasses of warm mulled wine, one of my favourite drinks to indulge in this season, alongside pots of freshly brewed tea (I once again ordered my favourite Masala Chai), before we tucked into the afternoon tea treats.
